VELENOSI ESTATE
Established
in 1984 by two energetic entrepreneurs Angela and Ercole Velenosi. The
highly respected Attilio Pagli is their wine-making consultant.
Their philosophy is that "Wine is an art that makes you dream,"
and once you try a Velenosi bottle you will understand. In their wines
you will discover clarity, sincerity and a genuine love of winemaking.
They wait for each harvest as if it was the birth of a son - and their
noble wines show it.
Their most celebrated wines are Vigna Solaia Falerio D.O.C., and the
multiple award winners Roggio del Filare and Ludi.
FARNESE
The grapes of the Farnese wines come from the
Farneto Valley. Wines are aged in the splendid cellars of Caldora Castle.
The vineyard are located on the border between the provinces of Chieti
and Teramo.
Their finest wines: "Edizione" (blends 5 varietals: Montepulciano,
Primitivo, Sangiovese, Negroamaro and Red Malvasia), Don Camillo (sangiovese
and cabernet sauvignon) and Casale Vecchio (Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
grapes). |
