Although this restaurant does not need any advertising, I wanted to pay homage to this extraordinary place. As much as the international culinary and wine authorities continue to sing paeans about Enoteca Pinchiorri, only few lucky ones know what happens behind the curtains and know what heart and passion drive this amazing project. The perfect marriage of mind and soul.

I have had the great fortune of observing Giorgio work in and develop this restaurant, and I discovered a youthful lad who was profoundly and personally interested in every single person who took a seat in his restaurant, in his kingdom.  

With this I only want to express my infinite admiration… What a great artist.
