INSIDE OUR ENOTECA we organize hands-on cooking courses and food & wine pairing lessons. For couples or small groups, for beginners or seasoned cooks, we organize customized courses that last from 3 to 4 hours.

Subject matter is up to you: fresh pasta, risotto, Tuscan classics, or an Afrodisiac menu? Your instructors are top Tuscan chefs who will share with you their favorite organic ingredients. Our courses usually include a lovely meal and superb wines.

Or we can organize for you culinary courses IN THE TUSCAN COUNTRYSIDE - in a villa in Chianti or on an estate in Montalcino. Here you can use the freshest ingredients directly from the garden, and visit winemakers' cellars.

We can also prepare for you a complete vacation package: a private villa, transportation, wine tasting events on the estates of top Brunello producers, horseback riding and much more.
