Our wine tasting events are created for everyone who loves wine and wants to discover the interesting Tuscan and Italian varieties.

We offer wine tastings for all levels, from novices to connoisseurs. Tasting sessions range from an introductory tour through Italy to an advanced vertical tasting of a Barolo, Amarone, Brunello, Taurasi ecc.

We usually keep about 6-8 wines or more. We are always making new discoveries, so each tasting contains different kinds of wine.

During a tasting we can compare many different Italian regions from north to south. Our goal is to introduce unknown wine making areas. We all know Tuscany, Sicily, Piemonte but what about Emilia Romagna, Molise, Basilicata, Calabria and others.

But my personal opinion is that we are all experts, we all understand wine.
It's simple. We all have a palette, we all have a nose. So what is the problem? The problem is that we have to pay more attention to what we eat and what we drink.
Tasting wine is like tasting food. When we chew, the most important part is to concentrate; taste, analyze, think and take our time.

A little sip of wine is life's nectar, like a smooth wave moving in our mouth. One sip or one bite can bring us to many beautiful memories, take us back many years. Like a flash in our mind, with certain tastes we can remember our grandmother's cooking, our trips with our parents and many other situations. It is like a song.

The most important part of my homemade cooking is the ingredients, not the recipe. A recipe is just for calculating quantities. But if the ingredients are not fresh, like farmers' grown ingredients, there is no recipe that can help.

There is no difference when it comes to making wine. The recipe for wine is the same for everybody, but if the grapes are of good quality, a wine cook just has to add his passion and personality.

In addition, our shop also offers extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, aged cheese and cured meat tastings where you can discover how different regions and producers interpret these beloved staples of Italian cuisine and how they pair them with different wines.

We can organize tasting events for wine clubs in their home towns, or set up exclusive private tastings for wine collectors in top winemaking estates around Italy.
