Cheeses and cured meats:
Aged ricotta, Casizulli del Montiferru, Fiore Sardo D.O.P., Shephers Raw Milk, Aged Pecorino and Sardinian Prodciutto by Putzulù Salvatore

The tasting of these traditional products and wines is followed by authentic Sardinian dishes: Malloreddus and Sebadas.
